Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States only, but we’re actively working on expanding Veilixx to customers worldwide.

Due to the custom nature of our products and our global fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
